Current-Trained over 50 Front Desk and Kids Club associates across multiple locations (Woodbury 11/2022-8/2023, Great Neck 11/2023-9/2024, Woodbury 9/2024-Present) (Membership Advisor from 8/2023-11/2023).-Supported 5 locations across Long Island and New Jersey from mid-December 2023 to late-January 2024 during a vacancy in higher Retail Management, assisting over 25 Retail associates and ensuring a seamless experience during annual RGIS inventory audits.-Drove growth of a recently reopened in-house Spa, leading to a production of revenue over 100% to plan for 2023.-Worked alongside Regional Loss Prevention management and Club management to minimize theft and loss, and improved risk-management through organization and increased security measures and trainings in-house.-Supported and encouraged internal growth through assisting in the development of 5 additional Front Desk MODs across Long Island, and supported teams and individual associates during 6 associates' internal transfers to my department.-Collaborated with our People & Culture team to ensure employee wellbeing and to promote an environment of Mutual Respect.-Supported hiring for Front Desk and Kids Club under the supervision of the General Manager.
