I am a interdisciplinary researcher who leverages techniques and technologies to design and test new types of molecules to modulate the immune system.This include:- Structural biology - CryoEM- Biochemical assays - ELISAs, Liposome burst- Compuational and DL aided molecular design and generation - AlphaFold, RfDiffusion, Chai, Codesign, ProteinMPNN, PyRosetta, RifDock, Gromacs- High performance computingI have previously worked at a Sars-Cov testing lab, worked on many personal computational projects during my study at the University of Bristol such:- Developing an Enzyme-to-Reaction Diffusion denoising model to create a geometric representation of a theozyme, and a autoregressive enzyme sequence generator- Custom Force Fields for modelling synthetic hydrogel for organoid group- Modifying RfDiffusion to negatively design binders to prevent binding to WT proteins for tumour theraputics targeting MHCI peptides.

  I worked part time helping at a private medical biochemistry lab where I got experience running QC's and calibrating Biomedical Analysers aswell as RT-PCR testing for Sars-Cov-2.As private RT-PCR testing for travel became more popular, I worked with handling samples and got experience with PCR reactions for testing sars-cov-2.I also got some experience with ELISA for testing for sars-cov-2 antibodies, also teaching me the theory behind it.This experience also got me alot of molecular biology skills such as pipetting small amount of primers and buffer solution to make master mix, aswell as basic forward and reverse pipetting different buffer solution for RNA extraction.While I was attending sixth form and I could not physically be in the lab i was working on a app for the lastest iWatch which could read real time ECG data, the idea was to get a real time reading of electrolytes in blood. I was researching papers on the effects of Na+, K+ and Ca2+ on ECG. This lead to a project to train a keras Tensorflow model to take realtime ECG reading and give real time electrolyte reading from training data gathered from the lab. Sadly due to the increased demand for Covid-19 RT-PCR testing on the lab the project did not continue.
