Overseeing Live Events - Being main point of contact for all live events, liaising with staff, security, sound engineers and touring party. Production logistics, problem solving, conflict resolution, advancing, settlements, contracts, timings, preparing back-stage area, stage management. Managaing the bar - Stock taking, Ordering, Deliveries, Cellar management, Sourcing local products, maintaining relationships with drinks reps and local companies. Managing Team & Admin - Delegating tasks to team of up to five staff, Booking Security, Liaising with Sound engineers, Rotas, Meetings, Producing in-house rules. Liaising and Maintaining relationships - Local and National Promoters, reps, bands, touring party etc. Financial - Cashing up, Settlements, Bar Costings, Budgets, Fees etc. Graphic Design - Designing and creating posters and other promotional material for physical and digital use.Technical - Setting up basic PA setups, lighting and projections for use at gigs and clubnights. Booking - Booking in-house gigs and clubs, responding to hire-enquiries, liaising with bands, agents, managers, negotiating fees, contracts etc, allocating and overseeing ticket sales.
