Researching, writing, contributing to the national security commons in five areas of specialization: Jointness, Mobilization of full range of national resources, Human resources, Expertise within DoD systems and regulations, and Advocacy/Identification of Total Force policies collectively supporting - or hindering - accomplishment of not only national objectives, but state/local/tribal political subdivisions within the context of national security, emergency management, and incident command.Drawing upon strengths, in-depth research, and experience in nearly 3 decades of reserve and active service in the Reserve and Active components of the Marine Corps, in air, ground, logistics, command, and higher headquarters organizations, both deployed abroad and in the US, and fully Joint-Qualified with substantial experience developing Host Nation security forces and emergency management doctrine, operational planning, and process improvements combining International Governmental Organizations, Host Nation, Coalition, and United States resources in combat theater.
