Currently I am looking for new opportunities in Gold Coast Queensland in the Bathroom renovation industryIn August 2015 (to date) I started work at TS Tiling, where I have been responsible for carrying out preparation including screeding and waterproofing for both wall and floor as well as the tiling itself, in most formats of tiling to the highest standard for high end builders and clients. A big part of the role has been project managing bathroom renovations from start to finish and managing other trades involved.I have also been involved in growing the business, finding new builder and clients as well as growing existing relationships. Another area I have been involved is in budgeting jobs, managing labour coasts as well as material coasts while still maintaining high standards. This has also involved quoting the jobs at the start and building the relationship with the client. During my time I have developed a large background knowledge of epoxy grouts, tile adhesive, waterproofing system and different additives, I am constantly researching new products and systems to improve the overall finished product for the client. I specialise in having and eye for detail, set out, managing and communicating bathroom renovations and waterproofing I have been accredited by Ardex. Before TS TilingI commenced working for Durrell in April 2011 as a face to face recruiter for memberships and adoptions. Within 4 weeks I had succeeded in breaking the daily selling targets and continued to do this on numerous occasions, hence a promotion came my way of a Community Engagement Manager. This position involved developing and marketing the “Behind the Scenes Experiences” for just over two years. In my first year, sales increased in revenue by 180%, plus an increase in new membership income of 8%. From this experience, it has become obvious to me that I enjoy and excel in building new relationships and managing and nurturing existing ones too. With regards to marketing, I am familiar with all aspects of Social Media such as Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram and Pinintrest plus I have a wealth of experience in website content management as well as video and photography editing.I also have experience in selling site hire for events, I was also involved in running the set up and the event its self. .I am currently looking for new opportunities which will make use of my previous experience and enable me to develop my career further.
