As COO, I am responsible for setting and executing the group's commercial strategy alongside the CEO. This includes the annual business planning for construction, and working closely with the Northern and Southern Regional Managers and construction teams to deliver efficient, profitable projects to the highest of standards across New Zealand. As a key leader within the Southbase Group with over 25years of construction experience, I guide the ELT and senior leaders within the business alongside holding key roles as the Director of the Southbase labour and Innofab business units to ensure the overall optimisation of resources and services. My leadership capabilities extend to overseeing major projects, negotiating bids, and managing complex procurement models, joint ventures, and consortium arrangements.
