I have worked in the social care sector for 12 years, and accumulated a number of skills specific to the delivery of services in line with legislative requirements. I have a proven track record of improving service ratings, from requires improvement to good in all domains within a six month time frame I have also achieved a CQC outstanding in the safe domain in 2019I hold the front line leaders award for the northwest 2017 and will compete for the national award in March 2018. I also have a diverse skill set from working across a range of services, models, and service user groups that enables a dynamic approach to most of the difficulties the sector faces And I also represented Wirral’s specialist services through the registered managers network, improving quality in the local geographical region, I have spent time to improve upon the skills I have been developing, this has been based in supporting other managers through the KLOE frameworks improving delivery whilst maintaining quality. Within my current role, I would hold a post equivalent to an area manager, with strategic elements, this role has greatly expanded my skill profile through, development of services, developing my own bespoke pathways for my managers development, embedding practice across multiple locations, project management, system development, and some policy development, this role has been extremely rewarding, I am just considering personal development presently, or links to other providers to partnership work on local projects.
