Intertrust is an industry leading Digital Rights Management company. Involved with the company from post IPO through significant growth phase through privatization and wholly owned subsidiary of Sony / Philips and Stevens LLC.Involved in both IT and business aspects; led customer technical demos.• Negotiated all IT vendor contracts; leveraged to optimize national and international locations while minimizing cost.• Reported directly to CTO – close relationship with CEO.• Direct reports included Oracle DBA’s, Sysadmins, Unix and network engineers. • Designed and implemented L2/L3 network – dedicated point to point VPN solution to connect multiple international locations. • Wireless 802.11x net & authentication.
