Being a relatively small company it is a varied role with the focus on product development and the expansion of the range offered by the company which has its roots in Latin American travel. There is a strong emphasis on successful sales and the constant improvement from client feedback both for myself and the team. Additionally the role includes developing commercial relationships (with hotel groups. DMC's and airlines) and generating revenue through these relationships. In this period I have revisited Argentina, Brazil and Ecuador (Galapagos) in order to broaden my luxury travel experience.
