Manage the IT Engineering, Loss Prevention, Field Support Services and Structure for the national deployment group. ·Develop, maintain and direct detailed logistics/deployment processes and support.·Support the Sales team from an engineering and strategic standpoint ·Support Deployment, Training and Communications related resources·Lead large team of IT personnel and business area contacts through the deployment process and planning.·Develop technology and project related training curriculums ·Coordinate with other project leads as part of a larger program implementing new technologies and infrastructure to support the deployment, on-going maintenance and future upgrades. ·Identify market and technology trends to determine new business development areas
