As Head of Brand, my key responsibilities included company reputation, community building and events management. The purpose of the role was to improve engagement with existing customers and new leads. We did this through a series of events and outreach programmes. Overseeing the management and implementation of the companies marketing activities. By working to an inbound marketing strategy, my role focuses on content writing, SEO, PPC and website management. In support of this I am required to engage with partners and suppliers and ensure a consistent brand message across the entire company. Primary Role - Working within a team to generate new business through account management and problem solving. Communicating with clients via phonecalls, email and face to face at events encouraging customers to use a system that can change and improve the way they manage their business. Secondary Role - Working directly with the Marketing Manager to generate new content and help manage partnerships and encourage offline and online communication. Completed the re-build of our website in preparation for a new product launch.

Working with children aged from 4-18 to improve skills and ensure enjoyment. Leading regular training sessions as well as motivating and coordinating teams for regular league & cup matches. Engaging with fellow coaches, parents and players to make sure all runs smoothly.
