William B. Bradshaw II is the co-founder and CEO of the Reimagine Development Partners (RDP), a New Orleans-based tech-enabled start-up disrupting the tax credit syndication space. In short, RDP educates US taxpayers about how to buy real estate using money they were already going to pay in income taxes. Prior to Reimagine, Bradshaw was the CEO of Green Coast for nearly 14 years, a triple-bottom line real estate development and development services company. Under his leadership, they redeveloped nearly $100 million in assets and built the largest green building and energy management consultancy in the Gulf South. He has also been the Organizational Director of the Davidson Housing Coalition, a non-profit affordable housing developer based in Davidson, North Carolina. During his time there, the organization won several local, state, and national development awards including a Maxwell Award of Excellence from the Fannie Mae Foundation.Bradshaw holds a PhD in City Planning and Masters Degrees in City Planning and Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and completed requirements for degrees in Physics and Cross-Cultural Studies from Davidson College. He lives in New Orleans, LA with his wife, Rebekah, his sons, Liam and Austin, his daughter Evangeline Louise, and their many animals. He is also a founding faculty member in the Sustainable Real Estate Development Program at Tulane University School of Architecture, where he has taught since 2008.
