• Researched planned horizontal drill site tracts and prepared them by reviewing future development maps and pulling permits, spacing dockets, well plats and production history.• Prepared both lease and well files by reviewing and including internal files, mineral and leasehold ownership reports, title opinions and numerous curative documents.• Created BLM Plan of Unit Development (POD) including overview of new drills, recompletes and P&A wells for federal units.• Gained an understanding of the daily tasks required of a Landman to be successful by working closely with an area Land Manager and Land team in an active drilling program running multiple rigs.• Utilized IHS, Drilling Info, Quorum Land, DRS, BLM LR2000, State of Texas (RRC) and Wyoming Oil & Gas (WOGCC) websites.

• Tracked daily NGL volumes and NYMEX futures for commercial midstream and marketing representatives. Updated company web portal, LAN files and master marketing log. • Reviewed and summarized marketing and midstream contracts including updates to the company web portal. Organized electronic and hardcopy marketing contracts and files.
