My research focused on Atom Probe Tomography for 3D dopant profiling of multilayer Si/SiGe FinFET structures.

My role as a PCVDI manufacturing development engineer was to develop and sustain PVD, CVD, and Ion Implant processes by supporting manufacturing, improving process efficiency, and correcting process excursions while increasing equipment up time and product throughput. Headed project to improve process efficiency and capability for Physical Vapor Deposition recipes by implementing adjustable parameters into a remote recipe database. Recognized by senior PVD development team for contributions on the development of a top electrode for an emerging memory device.

Helped students understand concepts and problem solving in calculus, differential equations, chemistry, physics, and computing. Tutoring was done openly where students could approach me for assistance and then attempt problems on their own. Both individual and group tutoring was offered.

I performed experiments to understand the physical mechanisms behind two body wetted collisions. Experiments were carried out via a pendulum setup and data was collected using a high speed camera. The data was then analyzed by a program in Matlab. My work also included analyzing the experimental setup which was made by the research group. This included performing an error analysis which would allow us to place experimental error bars on collected data. Once the project was finished, I headed a new project which investigated two body wetted collisions using non-Newtonian fluids. Data collected from several fluid types was compared to data from our earlier experiments involving Newtonian fluids.
