Customers require their lightning protection to be tested annually 1 month before going overdue. It is my responsibility to ensure that is met the area given to me to manage. As a football coach I am driven to succeed as a grassroots coach in developing the players assigned to my team both individually and collectively. It is important to me that each player progresses on their own journey aswell as the team. As a level 2 coach I have the knowledge to do this and the experience to build a successful team at grassroots level.
