I am responible for cost and complexity reduction actions across all commodities on the Mustang Mach-E electric vehicle.

I was responsible for delivering the TVM cost save targets for Front and Rear End Systems and Exterior Ornamentation for all current production North American vehicles. Within this role, I've gained design and engineering knowledge of fascia systems, including FEM's, GOR's, bolsters and AGS.

As the Exterior Integration Supervisor, I had the opportunity to lead teams on the Lincoln Navigator, Ford Edge, 2018 Mustang, 2019 Mustang Bullitt and 2019 Lincoln MKC programs. I was at the plants launching all of the vehicles, except for the Navigator, where I led the team through early milestones including Program Approval.

Led the design & release of many exterior commodities across multiple Ford, Lincoln and Mercury vehicle lines. Commodities included exterior trim (appliques, moldings, claddings, spoilers, roof racks, wheel lips and badges), cowl systems, moonroofs, fixed glazing and mirrors. On the Ford Crown Victoria and Lincoln Town Car programs, I led vehicle drives, issues management, change control, color harmony reviews, homologation compliance and appearance acceptance standards.

Experience gained as a Closures engineer on the F-150 with testing and analysis of door efforts, seal gaps, hinge deflection and power window system performance.
