Responsible for contracting existing and new transportation business on Colorado Interstate Gas Company, Wyoming Interstate Company, Ruby Pipeline, and Cheyenne Plains Pipeline. Revenue book is in excess of $1 billion. Represent, develop, and maintain relationships for a diverse group of customers including marketing companies, power generators, local distribution companies and other pipelines. Negotiate, structure, and manage sale of long term capacity based on market clearing rates and trends. Originate, develop, and manage the sale of non-strategic facilities and development of business opportunities. Provide extensive regulatory support including rate case preparation. Initiate, develop, and implement ongoing business strategies and assist Regulatory in preparation of tariff filings.

Engineered and managed numerous pipeline, meter, compression (reciprocating, centrifugal, and rotary screw) and plant projects. Responsible for project development, engineering design, and project implementation of approximately 60 projects totaling approximately $20 million from 1999 through 2004. Process Safety Management team member. Led and facilitated pipeline and compressor station safety incident investigations.

Eunice Plant Engineer: Responsible for all expense and capital projects including centrifugal and reciprocating compression, amine treating, mol sieve dehydration, cryogenic NGL extraction, and sulfur recovery. Responsible for project evaluation and implementation to optimize the gas gathering and gas processing operations including process analysis, economic evaluation and cost estimation, rotating equipment sizing including gas and steam turbines, electrical and internal combustion driven centrifugal and reciprocating compression and pumps, piping design, distributive control systems (DCS), and process trouble shooting. Assist and provide engineering design and implementation for new interconnections. Led and facilitated incident investigations and Process Safety Management reviews.

Responsible for all expense and capital projects for gas gathering system including 20 gas compression booster sites consisting of 42,000 horsepower. Assist and provide engineering design and implementation for new gas interconnections. Provide engineering support and design to maintain gas gathering system efficiencies due to new growth affecting system performance. Team leader for PSM facilities and booster and pipeline risk assessment, Sneed Treating and Dumas Plants.

Managed production engineering, designed well workovers and new completions of the Guymon Area consisting of 800 dry gas wells (60 MMscfd) and 50 oil wells (800 bopd) yielding a 1994 income of $33.5 million. Designed and supervised the drilling operations for Hugoton Field gas wells. Designed and implemented the automation of Carlander and Coldwater Ranch water floods.
