With years of experience in the industry working with the general public, I have developed a strong foundation in communication, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving. My time at Planet Fitness taught equipped me with the understanding of how a fitness center operates and customer relations within the health and wellness sector. Transitioning to Sherwin Williams, I have gained insight into retail operations and product knowledge, developing skills in sales, inventory management, and making sure the consumer needs and preferences are met. Working at Apogee Therapy Center provided me with invaluable exposure to the healthcare field, allowing me to apply my knowledge of exercise science received from GVSU to assist patients in rehabilitation. By collaborating with healthcare professionals, I witnessed first hand how to support patients in their journey towards recovery, demonstrating patience, empathy, and attention to detail.
