With a background in both petrochemicals and HV electrical construction, I bring a diverse range of experience and a practical, can-do attitude to any project. I am a problem-solver at heart, always seeking innovative solutions to meet the goals of our clients.My nearly two decades in the energy industry has given me the opportunity to work in no less than 15 countries, including a highlight project on climate change research in Antarctica. Here our team successfully core drilled over 1000 meters through the Ross Ice shelf recovering valuable samples used to analyse historic changes to the ice pack. In 2015, I transitioned to civil construction where I have been involved in the construction of multiple renewable energy projects such as the Waipipi, Turitea and Harapaki wind farms. I am currently the Base Power Business Manger where I enjoy bringing the benefits of our remote area power systems to our customers.My personal passion for renewable energy extends to my own lifestyle, where I live off-the-grid powered by solar and continue to enjoy finding innovative ways to use renewable resources at home.
