I am a very focused, energetic and passionate person in anything that I put my mind to. This has enabled me to have the ability to build relationships at all levels within a business, from internal to external stakeholders. I have a comprehensive understanding of all facets of a wine business. I have stong attention to detail, organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to work within a team to achieve organisational goals and also the motivation and drive to work autonomously. I have had a variety of management roles within the beverage industry; from the vineyard to winemaking, cellar door management, sales, operations, communications and brand management. This wide ranging exposure and experience has allowed the development and shaping of my skills; from business planning, new product development and activation, trade marketing, staff management, winery and vineyard management, consumer insight research, budgeting, forecasting, product management, market analysis, HR and sales.
