Manager of The Nags Head in Covent Garden. Over the past 14 years I have successfully shown year on year growth in both profit and sales, surpassing all sales targets and breaking all records along the way. Food sales have grown by over 300% and taken wet sales to a new all time high. In my time at The Nags Head, I have also trained ten Assistant Managers to GM's. In November 2015 we opened a 74 cover restaurant above the pub due to our success. This saw an uplift in sales of over 25%.I have also received some great accolades in my time at the Nags:Great British Pub Awards winner 2019 in the category of best pub manager. Winner of the following McMullens' awards - Manager of the year 2013, Business growth 2009-current, Training & Development 2010-currentDuring my time here at The Nags Head I have got involved in the training and development provided to staff by Mcmullens at the head office. This has involved the writing and training of courses for FOH staff and BOH staff. Along with courses for the mcmullen Gold awards for both kitchen managers and senior assistant managers. I have been involved in the training of staff at a number of new builds and developments along with the organisation of the team member of the year competition run over all mcmullen managed houses.

My first appointment for McMullens'. Bar 4 was a newly acquired site which I was given free rein on. Surpassing sales and profits targets I was able to take the business forward to a level where investment was made.
