I am diligent, hardworking, and punctual which enables me to balance many elements of a job. I also learn fast and am able to assess situations in order to make critical decisions. I believe in hard work and a strong work ethic as anything can be accomplished if I put my mind to it. Lastly, I have a very high work drive and have to be productive at all times to avoid boredom. My academic focus is business management with a concentration in supply chain management because I have always wanted to be a leader. I am interested in the challenges it will bring as well as the constant high work load because it will satiate my work drive while keeping the work interesting. Lastly, I have a passion for learning and plan on continually learning different subjects. I am skilled with inventory management and have 2+ years of experience with it which enables me to keep a mental log of general inventory as well as ensuring there is the correct inventory to fulfill orders. I am skilled in stressful situations as I am a certified EMT which requires a cool head under immense stress which is invaluable in high intensity problem solving situations where correct decisions must be made quickly. Finally, I am skilled at time management and am able to keep track of what tasks are left to do as well as how long they will take to complete allowing for more efficient scheduling.I have been working alongside the owner of Plastics and Fiberglass Products Co. in Raleigh, NC since March 2020 helping him handle the increased demand due to COVID. It has given me a wealth of invaluable experience to handle customers, inventory, order fulfillment and delivery, and product optimization. I have learned so much from him and he helped me unlock my passion for business ownership and operation. My biggest accomplishment is graduating from high school with an associates degree, EMT certification, and 1,000+ hours of work experience among other accolades. I am seeking an opportunity to learn more about employee management and handling worker conflicts because these are crucial elements of the workplace that I have not gained much experience in. I enjoy nature, learning, and business which is the foundation of my career goals. I am pursuing an Interdisciplinary MBA because I want to further my main interest of conservation and the natural world in a manner that will affect change. I would ideally enjoy a position working for some nature oriented organization but am applicable to all business industries as well as Supply Chain Management.
