Responsible for all areas of technology in conjunction with capital and debt raising, operations, and B2B sales/marketing activities to onboard education providers.Implemented and managed all technology and product development for our business and millennial customer base, including website, loan origination platform, CRM, core banking, and education credit scorecard.

End-to-end technology vision, strategy, and implementation of digital and organisation transformation projects for Global Learning Support, in addition to leadership and management of all aspects of technology, product development and innovation.Leading both our technology and product capabilities, I built systems and infrastructure solutions for GLS and our clients, including the "EduTracker" SaaS Retention Management System which powers GLS and our clients to manage students, analyse cohorts, and predict student drop outs. In addition, I lead a product function which designed and built a suite of education products which aimed to help education providers drive sales, enrolment and progression.Heavy commercial focus within all areas of GLS, from Sales and Marketing to Operations and Finance.This role also managed technology requirements for our 'sister business' Workstar; which creates innovative experiential workplace e-Learning solutions for clients such as ANZ, Westpac and McDonalds.
