- I interned one day a week and my responsibilities included research tasks as well as assisting with the branding and marketing.

I worked on the clients British Gas and Hive.- I had to ensure campaign launch deadlines were met and troubleshoot any issues which arose.- Creating reports for clients, including weekly and end-of-campaign reports.- Resolving both my own and assisting team members with their finance queries.

I worked on clients such as Sky, NowTV, 3M, Internet Matters, The Industry Trust and The Telegraph.- Responsibilities included booking digital campaigns on the in-house system.- Requesting and pulling delivery reports to complete the monthly financial reconciliations.- Implementing operational improvements which resulted in a notable decrease in finance queries within my business unit.

An online cleaning platform helping connect customers and housekeepers together.- Liaising in person, through Zendesk and Aircall, with internal stakeholders and external customers, to manage their schedules, resolve complaints, and assist with other queries.- Developed the inbound call script and sourced a voice-over artist to record the new interactive voice response for the phone system. This improved the direction for customers, housekeeper and significantly reduced the volume of inbound calls.- Involved in customer acquisition by obtaining job leads that led to increased revenue.
