My role plays a pivotal part in a range of projects across the world's largest classical music radio station - incorporating On-air, Digital, Marketing, Communications and Partnership work. A key contact for Classic FM's external relations, I enjoy managing and developing the station's relationships with its 12 fabulous partner orchestras in the UK and the USA, as well as Media Partnerships across the country including the Edinburgh International Festival and Welsh Proms. I manage the station's special projects and events which, in Classic FM's 25th birthday year, have ranged from a series of 7 new commissions in partnership with the Royal Philharmonic Society to a series of exclusive live broadcasts in Liverpool and at The Prince of Wales' home in Scotland. In addition to partnership work, I produce The Full Works Concert, every weeknight on Classic FM. This makes full use of my extensive knowledge of classical repertoire and recorded catalogues. I also work directly with orchestras, artists and agents to secure exclusive audio for special broadcasts. I'm grateful to work in an industry which allows me to develop my great passion in life.

Classic FM has 5.6 million listeners tuning in each week, making it the biggest classical music radio station in the world. I am responsible for translating the on-air and online voice of Classic FM, working closely with orchestral Arts Partners across the UK at large scale events and concerts. Classic FM is part of Global Radio, the largest commercial radio group in the UK and one of the largest in Europe. The company owns the three largest brands in commercial radio: Heart, Capital and Classic FM, as well as LBC, Radio X, Gold and Choice FM.

South Kensington

Part of a small team in the early funding stage of the Royal College of Music's ambitious £30m 'More Music' campaign'. Responsible for Identifying and stewarding high-level supporters, and assisting with fundraising strategy. I played a key part in organising a number of high-profile events, with venues including 10 Downing Street and the British Ambassador's Residence in Paris.
