During my time at Carpet World I have learnt that providing a high level of customer service, whilst demonstrating a strong level of product knowledge, can be the difference between a customer placing an order or leaving empty handed. I have made it my priority to build relationships with all potential customers and represent the brand in the highest regard. Dealing with the customer journey right from order placement through to invoicing and delivery; I have always been sure to meticulously check and confirm all details before processing, to prevent queries as much as possible. Key responsibilities are;➢ Order query resolution: liaising with customers, finalising order details and resolving any queries.➢ Purchase orders: checking stock, raising Purchase Orders and arranging deliveries with trade suppliers nationally.Expediting supplier deliveries.➢ Invoicing: raising and checking customer invoices.➢ Sales: engaging with customers, both face-to-face and tele sales, to finalise order details.➢ Customer service, both face to face and over the phone.➢ IT: Microsoft Office-Word, Excel and various inputting systems.➢ Stock control: monitoring stock levels, raising Purchase Orders.➢ Supplier management: scheduling deliveries, resolving supply issues.
