On a day to day basis I run insurance projects throughout the UK for lead retail stores such as WH Smith and JD Sports Fashions LTD. I estimate the works and control the project through to completion. I run a large labour force which includes employed operatives and sub-contractors where I am in control of the finances and ensuring profit for the company is made. I am also currently in an advisory role for health and safety for the company ensuring PPE, site activities, certification for the operatives is up to date.

Supervisor in control of numerous labour trades completing refurbishment works to MOD properties throughout east Anglia. these works are complete to MOD technical officer standards and signed off for payment. Also a lead in Health & safety and material procurement ensuring enough materials are ready for the trades to complete the works.

In control of Insurance, refurbishment & new build projects throughout London, Kent, Surrey and Essex. Ensuring costs are met, meeting with the surveyors/ loss adjusters on a weekly basis for site activities and progression. in control of projects from initial through to completion stage, bringing in trades to complete works to the surveyor/ owner standards.
