A Senior Consultant with more than 15 years IT industry experience supporting customers on their transformation journeys. Will heads up Cloud Services at Endava and leads a global practice of technologists and SMEs with a focus on Cloud, DevOps, Solution and Software Architecture. Will's role includes providing presales and in-project delivery and strategy advisory services to both customers and internal teams.

Student of Lean and part of the Endava Innovation group, where we incubate new ideas and technologies to rapidly develop new services. I find solutions to business problems, apply Bayesian reasoning and approach everything with a genuine curiosity.

The Client Operations Manager role at Endava reports into the Head of Client Support and is the line manager for the Client Support Managers, primarily responsible not only for staff management but also coordination and escalation management for resource issues from the shared delivery teams as well as the recruitment and allocation of Client Support Managers to clients.
