Gis Intern
As a GIS intern I was tasked with digitizing various infrastructure system plans, cultural heritage records, and more. In this role I edited and maintained city data sets, both as a creator and a supervisor. Finally, in collaboration with Public Works, I digitized archival documents for the ongoing cemetery mapping project.
Curatorial Assistant
Working with the City of Niagara Falls’ Museums department I was tasked with supervising the Willoughby Historical Museum. At the museum, I was tasked with managing the museum’s collection, training new staff, and photo-documenting the collection as a part of the ongoing Photo-Documentation project. Furthermore, I opened and closed the museum as a keyholder, gave tours to visitors, and provided further information for research inquests.
Fundraising Team Supervisor
Working with Brock University’s Annual Fund, I supervised a team of student fundraisers as they reached out to Brock alumni to collect donations and maintain positive relations. As a supervisor I was tasked with scheduling, training staff, delegating assignments, and processing gifts to Brock University. I was also responsible with closing the annual fund office as a keyholder.
