Graduated from Rookie status to Veteran status within the first sales organization in 8 months - the fastest the nationwide company had ever seen in the Florida office. Excellent in client acquisition, relationship building, tested at the genius level for diagnosing and identifying client needs, and highly skilled in long term account management. Superior mentoring and training record, helped to produce 9 Veteran salespeople from Rookie status within B2B position while also maintaining a high level of personal performance. After 17 years of continued success within the automotive world, the next chapter began in February of 2022 at a global neuroscience-based peak performance research and training institution. Fascinated by the world of neuroscience and helping others in achieving their biggest goals, a new surge of energy and focus for the training and skill acquisition ensued in what would become a life-changing opportunity. Quickly grew to become the sales departments most consistent top performer over a near 3 year period. Generated well over 4 million dollars in revenue by acquiring new clients. Led the global sales team in cash collected for 11 consecutive months between September of 2022 to August of 2023. This was a period where it became known that there is no limit to what is achievable. Because of the massive success of the entire sales team and the incredibly wild results of the trainings and coaching programs, the organization was given the incredible opportunity be fully funded by organizations like Darpa and McKinsey to pioneer even further into their research. Now the focus is to begin another new chapter where creating life-changing impact is the key.
