Activities I oversaw included requirements breakdowns, test procedure development, and test execution. Since starting this role I have put my leadership skills to the test as I worked through monthly 1 on 1s with my team members to understand their biggest problems and roadblocks. I also took time to figure out what their career goals and aspirations were so that I could help them reach them. Additionally, I have worked to improve my skills in giving constructive yet meaningful feedback in order to help individuals on my team grow. In this role I have also had the opportunity to tackle several projects related to career path development and automated testing efforts.

This role also allowed me to become proficient in Agile software development process as I served as the scrum master on my team and a scrum team member on two other software development teams. While working on these scrum teams, I participated in the software development life cycle by attending planning meetings, working with the software teams to define requirements, and testing the software prior to system deployment.

When issues arose, I worked directly with the software and hardware teams to troubleshoot and find the root cause of the issue.
