Within PwC Will helps lead the California Healthcare and Higher Education Assurance Practice and works out of the San Francisco office. His experience and technical expertise include serving both public and private companies, non-profit and governmental organizations in the health and higher education industries. He has significant OMB Uniform Guidance, Sarbanes-Oxley, and merger and acquisition experience. Will has led numerous auditor transitions in multiple markets and uses a proven approach to minimize disruption and enhance service delivery.Earning his BSBA and Master of Accountancy at Auburn University, Will is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and AICPA.Away from the office Will enjoys independent and emerging rock, pop and electronic music, Auburn University sports, weightlifting, yoga, and tennis. He is also active in the community with current and past board experience serving non-profit organizations and a past participant in Leadership Dallas.
