- Development of various new engine sub-systems ensuring that they meet requirements prior to product launch. These include Gear Trains, Valve Trains and Exhaust Systems.- Responsible for design and integration of new Gear Train design from initial concept.

- Responsible for component validation using modal, stress, fatigue and thermal Finite Element Analysis.- Conduct experimental structural component testing including strain gauging, stress measurement, vibration measurements, shaker testing and fatigue testing.- Correlation of analytical results with experimental.
