Responsible for developing and managing the Harbour Trust and related site brands including Cockatoo Island and key marketing projects, including contributing to strategy development and implementing integrated communications activities through the line plans that raise the profile of the Harbour Trust and also maximise public visitation of all Harbour Trust sites.

Responsible for the delivery and management of Health’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workforce initiatives and strategies including implementation of the Department’s Reconciliation Action Plan 2017-2019.Achievements include:• Providing input and advice on Indigenous HR, engagement and workforce diversity matters for briefs, committees, the Secretary, the Diversity Council, the Reconciliation Action Plan and other stakeholders as required. • Providing input for frameworks and initiatives to implement appropriate strategies to provide support for Indigenous employees including providing timely and effective support for stakeholders including the Department’s State Offices• Management of all Departmental communications and stakeholder engagement for Senior Executive Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Champions and workforce including meeting briefs, talking points, drafting and finalising internal articles, event and intranet management and all staff messaging.• Successful coordination of all Departmental Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander events of cultural significance including NAIDOC Week and Reconciliation Week.• Providing support services for the Department’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff network and workforce including management of pastoral care issues and workforce engagement activities.

Responsible for all of the Indigenous Communications and Marketing activities of the Indigenous Employment Team, as well as providing support to the activities of the Indigenous Liaison Officer.Achievements include:• Establishment, facilitation and moderation of the APS Indigenous Careers Facebook page including creation and coordination of the Indigenous Employment Team Social Media Engagement Policy.• Coordination, creation and distribution of the 2012-2015 Indigenous Pathways Programs Recruitment Communications Campaigns, created in cooperation with Universal McCann and Adcorp media agencies. • Overseeing coordination, drafting, creation and distribution of content for the establishment of the Indigenouscareers.gov.au Commonwealth Government Indigenous Employment portal.• Coordination and creation of all APSC Indigenous Employment Team social media engagement • Booking and developing promotional materials, press ads and editorials for Indigenous APS Employment and career promotion opportunities including drafting, coordination and management of Indigenous Careers web pages.• Coordination and assisted facilitation of the quarterly APS Indigenous HR Forums.• Coordination of the 2013- 2015 National Indigenous Employee Forums including venue coordination, flights, assisted facilitation, event management, budget management and community engagement.• Coordination of the annual whole of Commonwealth Government Australian Public Service NAIDOC Touch Football Competitions from 2012 -2016,• Assisting in the communications coordination and support for Indigenous Liaison Officer activities, Indigenous HR Forums, Indigenous Employment Hotline and providing assistance at Pathways Program Assessment Centres and other ad hoc duties.
