Planning, scheduling and attending meetings with the Senior Management Team, collating agendas, PowerPoint presentations and minutes for distribution.Management of customer requirements for vehicle maintenance, storage and inspections, as governed by availability of hours according to worker skill sets. Liaising with customers with regards to changes of deadlines and priorities, in order that the highest priority work is completed first, while minimising disruption to other customers.Managing the establishment's travel desk, including booking hotels, transport and sustenance, while keeping detailed receipts for reconciliation against a company credit card, while assigning costs to the relevant department's budget.

General office duties, including answering the telephone, collecting and sorting mail, answering emails , diary management, filing and welcoming guests to the office.Liaising with the local sales teams and the company solicitor's offices, regarding pending sales and inputting data into sales target spreadsheets, to analyse sales data.Remaining in contact with customers after the date of purchase, to ensure that their new home was everything they dreamed of. Contacting the building contractors to return and rectify issues as and when necessary.Attend meetings with the General Manager, taking minutes as required.
