Cost and Budget Coordinator / Controls- Implementation and execution of ERP software (financial/accounting/tax/payroll/inventory);- Structuring the cost and budget department, creating the chart of accounts, establishing cost centers, process mapping, feasibility studies, accounting cost closure, managerial analyses, and reports;- Team leadership, including task distribution, feedback on goal achievement aligned with organizational objectives;- Development of productive assumptions for the organization in collaboration with the agricultural team, covering all stages from scheduling to validation by management and delivery of assumptions;- Surveying and mapping agricultural processes and activities, establishing allocation criteria, expense allocation, creation of cost centers for cost system implementation, and classification of cost and expense entries;- Comparative map of Actual vs. Budget closure (by account);- Support to various departments by providing information and developing budget tracking methods;- Restructuring the purchasing area with forms and quotation spreadsheets;- Structuring the warehouse with the implementation of controls for delivery and receipt of goods;- Monthly meetings with operational staff to share figures and engage them in organizational goals;- Preparation of quarterly reports for the management, presenting quarterly results, monitoring KPIs, analyzing budgeted vs. actual figures, and developing new criteria to achieve budgeted goals;Business Analyst- Mapping and tracking key business KPIs;- Preparation of the Scorecard with KPIs;- Analysis of Balance Sheet variations for cost closure;- Review of cost closing values, querying business units about the reasons for variations.
