I have extensive experience in merchandising, analytics, and retail roles, and thrive in a fast paced commercial environment. I have been travelling throughout 2023, visiting Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Vietnam. Remaining with the Central Merchandising team, I worked across the merchandising and BI and data transformations teams. I maintained responsibilities from my previous role, such as analysing and costing promotion and markdown events, but had a new focus on activities aimed at improving efficiency across the F&F business. Working closely with the product teams we aimed to automate, simplify or handover processes to create efficiency. This was achieved by creating bespoke dashboards and tools, or by training the TBS team in India to execute them. Projects included but not limited to, training and handing over the global promotion and markdown upload process and the OC to PO processes to the TBS team, writing SQL scripts to simplify Monday trade reporting and creating a daily sales dashboard.
