Current Responsible for Sales/Marketing of $110M ceiling fan category for North America. Manage a team of 3 Sales Managers, 26 Rep Agencies, Sales Admin Manager, Sales Analyst, Marketing Manager and 1 Planning Team Member. Part of the Executive Management Team. Responsible for Sales, Distribution and Marketing in the North American market that includes 1,600 dealers/showrooms, e-commerce, mass channel, and commercial. Increased sales from $60 million to $110 million. Travel the market to gain specific knowledge regarding trends in the market and at retail. Established and actively managed yearly revenue and profit margin targets for each territory. Developed and managed each market’s line plan based on category/product initiatives, local market conditions, market specific needs, and revenue/margin targets. Drive Minka AIRE brand image in each marketplace by implementing yearly and seasonal marketing plans including PR, retail resources (POP), advertising, and marketing. Responsible for sales and expense budgeting, forecasting, and achievement of financial objectives. Managed and set sales targets and distribution strategy for entire division. Report to the President of the Minka Group.
