•Proactively contacted customers to obtain waste inventories to schedule logistics for disposal or recycling of commodities, medical waste, or hazardous waste. •Contacted disposal and recycling outlets with inventories and confirmed transportation with customers.•After completion of disposal projects, downloaded completed waste manifests to send to internal accounting for billing purposes.
