In the parking lot, at the shuttle stand, or downtown at Canada Place, I provide an organized and positive experience for visitors traveling to the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. This includes offering directions and answering questions for tourists and locals involving parking, our downtown shuttle service, and general park operation. In addition, I work constantly with my team to manage schedules of up to 6 busses at once, or monitor 200+ spaces of available parking.

As an Ambassador of Parking, it is my duty to make sure operations in the parking lot run smoothly, and welcome guests and answer any of their questions. From inquiries about paying for parking to directions, I make sure they feel welcomed to our park.

Camp Byng, Sunshine Coast

For two and a half weeks, I volunteered for the role of "Service Deputy" in the service team at a summer camp for kids. As a service staff member, it was my responsibility to clean washrooms and the kitchen, wash dishes, serve food, re-stock various supplies, take out garbage, and generally be a helpful hand on the campsite. As Deputy, I assisted the Service Chief with larger issues, and acted in a leadership position for younger service staff.
