I started my academic journey studying Sociology at the University of Liverpool and after achieving a 2:1. I then went on to specialise in HR by completing a CIPD level 7 accredited MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Liverpool in which I achieved a Distinction. While Studying I have developed a passion for Green Human Resource Management and sustainable workplace practices. This passion influenced me to write my Masters dissertation on the impact that Green Human Resource Management has on employee well-being.In between studying, I worked in both the retail and warehouse sectors. while working I was able to develop many skills including training, onboarding, conflict management and teamwork.
