Focussed on the organisation, and marketing, of 44 in-store tastings at Sainsbury’s stores spread over London. Liasing with the store’s, Sainsbury’s HQ, tasting hosts and customers, plus preparing all materials for delivery plus technical information and tasting notes for all the wines before each round. I also organised independent publicand private.

I worked on an eLearning version of the WSET Intermediate course. The course contains a lot of video and audio content, as well as working as a camera operator, lighting and sound engineer, I edited the content to meet the WSET Systematic Tasting Approach and provide both an educational, enjoyable and userfriendly experience.
