• Responsible for Production Planning, Purchasing of Raw Materials and Packaging Components, and Logistics/Warehousing.• Lead the site in short- (12 months) and long- term (36 months) Capacity Planning, • Manage the team responsible for Procure to Pay that ensures vendor payments are on time and accurate as well as the payroll specialist for the facility.• Manage a team of 6 direct and 11 indirect reports.• Work with the corporate planning hub to align with commercial demand.• Work with the Contract Manufacturing Organization to align on contracts for production outside the St. Louis site.• Weekly review with North American Supply Chain Leadership group the status of the site and where we stand on Customer Service metrics.• As part of the site leadership team, review the site Key Performance Indicators and take actions to correct any issues.• Manage a material inventory of $10M to ensure an inventory turn rate of 13 annually.• Work with suppliers/vendors to ensure on time delivery of materials.• Support New Product Initiatives in terms of new artwork and materials.• SAP owner for the site and manage the team of Subject Matter Experts for the system.

• Lead operations in the manufacture and packing of 4.6bn TUMS tablets annually.• Manage an OPEX budget of $14.7m through 3 direct and 163 indirect reports.• Responsible for driving compliance improvements for the Manufacturing and Packaging Departments using the GPS (GSK Production System) tools and accountability meetings.• Drive the site Transformation project governance for the site by leading the SLT in review of those projects. • Worked with site and central engineering and technical groups to establish a 10-year capital plan for the site.• Lead Operational / GPS projects to increase Packaging OEE% from 37% to 52% over a 20month period while continuing to produce to the required make frequency.• Drive the departmental projects to completion.• Worked with Finance to drive down the site waste, meet budgeted operating expenses, and establish departmental budget.• Worked with Engineering to establish capital / facility master plan.• Worked with the FLLs to develop their problem-solving techniques as to drive the overall performance of the department which includes OEE, deviation management, and projects.• Helped to drive and manage the site organizational changes.• Ensured that the site Operations Department (Manufacturing and Packaging) executed production plans by working with the Team Leaders across all shifts. • Ensured that all corrective action and preventative action plans were completed on time for Quality and Environmental Health and Safety assigned CAPA. • Monitored Operations Department expenses to make sure that the site stays on its financial budget for the year. • Participated in regulatory inspections and provide information requested by the auditor. Worked with the Quality organization to make sure the site was audit ready.
