But we're also a big data and high technology business, and we use our content to help governments, companies and individuals be more effective both here and around the world.Reporting to the CEO as HR Director, with a client group of 1,300; driving business transformation through organisational design, culture change and a long-term skills transition, reducing costs by £13m. Supporting growth of international business and global group offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, Sweden, Sri Lanka.

HRD accountable for the resourcing, management and strategic direction of the HR function and the organisational GR strategy. Member of Teach First's Senior Leadership Team shaping the direction of the organisation. Supporting rapid growth by building organisational capability and capacity to enable the delivery of organisational strategy whilst working with the CEO and other senior leaders to ensure that employee engagement remains unsurpassed in the sector.Our mission is to end inequality in education by building a community of exceptional leaders who create change within classrooms, schools and across society. Since placing our first cohort in London in 2003, we have recruited nearly 7,000 teachers and now partner with schools serving low-income communities in every region of England and in Wales. These teachers have now taught more than 1 million pupils in low income communities across the breadth of England and Wales. There is more to do but we’ve contributed towards significant progress.
