He acted as Administrator of HCC's business development toolkit, from CRM implementation to developing standard operating procedures for BD and Client engagement.Hernandez Consulting & Construction's core business areas are Design-Build Services, Program and Project Management, General Contracting, Construction Management, Architectural-Engineering, and Environmental Remediation Management.Hernandez manages projects nationwide, from Augusta, ME, to Mather, CA and as far south as San Juan, Puerto Rico. Through their teaming arrangements, they perform services throughout the entire United States. A vast majority of the firm’s workload is generated from operations within the Southeastern United States including Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Alabama, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Texas. In addition to self-performing its own development projects, HCC continues to tie itself deeper to several REITs and development groups, serving as Construction Manager, General Contractor, ownership consultant, and/or ownership partner, depending on the needs and structure of the project.

Will co-founded Covenant Landscaping, a design/build landscape contracting firm. He managed day to day operations, client-facing interactions, and developed marketing plans in addition to his field oversight. Will and his partner sold the company in 2016 and it currently operates under new management.

Weiss Lake Rentals was a Vacation Rental Company focused on the Weiss Lake Region of Cherokee County, AL.Will and his wife Paige Davis bought and optimized a client list/book of business containing property owners, vendor, and recurring short term rental clients. Over the course of two and a half years, the company was rebranded, reorganized, and successfully operated as it was prepared for sale. With over two years of proven past performance under the new model, the 180,000sqft portfolio was sold to a competitor.
