I have enjoyed working in the residential lending profession for 30 years, and look forward to another 30,,,, lol.... Lofty Goals!! I began as a young loan officer fresh out of the US Army Infantry and Firefighting backgrounds, straight into originating home loans. I began my career with one of Washington State’s most ethical and successful residential lending professionals. I was taught to always maintain a professional work ethic and respect what we do. I love to help home buyers and homeowners obtain financing, with both their short and long term financial goals in mind!!! While helping to raise two beautiful daughters, I have managed my career with focused work ethic, continued education, pride of service and being an excellent communicator. My “Loan Originator” education and licensing have been completed, and always in good standing, with both the National Mortgage Licensing Service and Washington State Department of Financial Institutions. I have worked as a Home Loan Consultant producing and closing my own loans, to managing a team of loan officers and processors in traditional banking/brokering and direct mortgage lending platforms. With 30 years of success, I have a diverse background and the extensive experience needed to help my clientele with their special loan scenarios and circumstances in today's lending environment.
