The day one of my clients hit their first $100K/ mth was a momentous occasion. I started working with them when they were making just $26K/ mth in sales back in 2020. The experience, the mistakes, the hindsight and most importantly the lessons that have been learned are invaluable. We have been on this journey together, as a team, and I have taken the gold of what’s propelled KARMIC to new heights and implemented these things into their business. I consider myself fortunate to have helped them reach this milestone 🙏🏼Reflecting back, I’ve boiled the formula down to a few simple things and consider them the keys to ongoing growth in your Ecom biz, whatever the goal:1️⃣ Focus Relentless focus on your target in a given period of time. Don’t worry about what others are doing or what you think you should be doing. Focus on your own s*#t! 2️⃣ Action Through focus comes clarity on what needs to be done. There’s really only three things that matter in any Ecom biz in driving sales and revenue:🟢 Traffic 🟢 Conversions🟢 Lifetime ValuesIf you’re not driving enough traffic, this is your action. If you’re not converting traffic, this is your action. It doesn’t have to be more complicated than that. 3️⃣ CommitmentI’m not going to shy away from the fact that it takes work and commitment to get to these levels. But by loving the process, loving what you do and having the discipline and routine, this comes a whole lot easier. It takes 10,000 hrs to become a true expert, so whether that takes 2 years or 10 years, it’s up to you. 4️⃣ Remember why Why you started your journey and why you continue to show up daily. This brings pleasure to each day regardless of the outcome and helps you sustain momentum to ride the highs and lows. The best part of this formula is that none of these things are new, and it can be repeated. They can be implemented and adapted to almost any business, especially in Ecom. You just have to be patient, embrace the process and look back on how far you’ve come and be proud of that journey. Big love to my client, you know who you are 💕
