Third team member hired at SimpliSafe (high growth, private equity owned), responsible at the time for our sales and customer success efforts, culminating in the role of the executive leader for CX responsible for sales, service, and retention teams of over 1,000 internal and external SimpliSafers, customer marketing, & CX analytics.Like any great start-up experience I wore many hats over my 11 years -- from SEO / PPC acquisition marketer, to product test engineer managing NRTL relationships, to building an national owned & 3PL outbound and return processing distribution network across multiple warehouses handling over a million pieces per year, & I cherish each one of those experiences!

International assignment leading the go-to-market planning & execution for our first international subsidiary. Partnered with our CFO to develop the business case for funding. Successfully executed the product launch in a complex regulatory environment, selected key supplier partners across all operational areas, and hired core team who have since expanded and continue to lead and shake up the alarm industry in England!
