Will’s first job in the restoration industry began in 1994 at the age of 16 while he was still in high school. What started out to be nothing more than a part time job, ended up being the beginning of an 19 year career. He started as an assistant technician and diligently worked his way up through the ranks over the course of 4 years until he accepted his first management position in 1998. Between 1998 and 2005, he managed 3 restoration companies varying in size from 8 to 50 team members on his staff. In the fall of 2005, Will along with his family David Hoskins, Bill Meeks, and Travis Hoskins formed Summit Restoration. His main objective was to build a company with a strong foundation that was performance driven, honest, knowledgeable, experienced, extremely well trained, and heavily certified. He has completed over 10,000 mitigation/remediation projects over the past 19 years. Whether it’s catastrophe, large loss, commercial, high-rise, health care or residential, he has the experience, credentials, and qualified staff behind him to get the job done in a timely and professional manner.
