Responsible for driving sales through the Home Depot, Lowe's, and other leading building product companies. Daily responsibilities include working with Merchants, Vice Presidents and Internal teams to drive sales of select products. Through data analysis I work with my customers to optimize product selection, sales mix, promotional activity, and channel selection (retail, online, omnichannel).

Responsibilities include expanding and driving retail sales throughout all retailers. Daily contact with Merchants, senior management and all Internal Individuals calling on The Home Depot, Lowe's, Menards, True Value, Ace, Wal-Mart, Do it Best, Meijer, Costco, Canadian Tire and other leading retailers.

• Identify Opportunities and Challenges that are Current and Long Term to the Vendor.• Develop and Initiate Analytical Tracking Tools.• Develop and Create Business Strategies.• Presenting Packaging, POP and Merchandising Opportunities and Recommendations.• Develop a Best in Class strategy.• Competitive Analysis.• Conduct Vendor Negotiations.• Channel and Marketing Development.• Mentoring and Training of Employees.• Implement New Business Development.• Sales Management.• 5 P focus (Product, Placement, Promotion, Price and People).

Direct responsibility for The Home Depot, Costco, Lowes, True Value, Orgill, Ace, Fry’s, Fred Myers, Do It Best, J.C. Penney, Menards, Pet Co., Pet Smart and several other major accounts.

Responsibilities include daily contact with Assistant Global Product Merchant, Global Product Merchant and Vice President of Merchandising in Department 25 (Hardware) and Department 27 (Electrical) as well as responsible for The HD Supply Company.

Responsibilities include daily contact with Assistant Global Product Merchant, Global Product Merchant and Vice President of Merchandising in Department 23 (flooring) and Department 29 (kitchen and bath).

Responsibilities include daily contact with Assistant Buyer, Buyer and Vice President of Merchandising in Department 25, (New England, Mid Atlantic, Eastern Great Lakes, Western Great Lakes, Mid South, South, and Canada), Lockset Captain (West coast) and the Home Depot National Product Manager.
